教育目標 Course Target

1. 學生能理解文化元素、創意商品、商品經營、企業群落,以及產業化發展的基本定義。 2. 學生能理解市場需求與期望、消費者行為、價值分析、競爭分析等市場學基礎。 3. 學生能理解創意商品開發相關的是會財產權議題,包含著作權法、商標法、文化創意產發展法、原住民族傳統智慧創作保護條例等相關法規。 4. 學生能從商品個案分析、創意商品開發公司,及創意商品產業聚落等個案分析,瞭解文創商品的營運特色。 5. 學生能透過「創意商品開發營運計畫書」寫作練習,瞭解創意商品策略規劃的程序。1. Students can understand the basic definitions of cultural elements, creative products, commodity operations, business communities, and industrial development. 2. Students can understand the basics of marketing such as market needs and expectations, consumer behavior, value analysis, and competition analysis. 3. Students can understand the property rights issues related to the development of creative products, including copyright law, trademark law, cultural and creative assets development law, regulations on the protection of traditional wisdom creation of indigenous peoples and other relevant regulations. 4. Students can understand the operating characteristics of cultural and creative products through case analysis of products, creative product development companies, and creative product industry clusters. 5. Students can understand the process of creative product strategic planning through the writing exercise of "Creative Product Development and Operation Plan".
