◆授課目標:
藉由目前在台日兩地區都十分受到重視的農食育問題,讓學生從台日交流、農食育之內容知識與實踐(實際栽種)、翻譯實踐(學習如何傳達及如何實踐翻譯的橋樑)等三個面向進行跨領域的語言實踐。讓學生能達到跨領域學習的同時亦能實踐語言科系學生的國際交流功能。
從104學年度開始與社會學專攻之通識中心王崇名老師共同開課,除了加入社會實踐思考之外,亦藉由開放外系參與的方式達到更廣域性的跨域學習及共學的環境。
◆授課內容:
1.農食育之內容知識與實踐:
(1)參訪農業區域以觀察農作實況並理解農食育之相關問題
(2)實際栽種作物
(3)與日本農食育專家交流,除了解日本農食育現況外亦傳達台灣現況。
(4)訪問台日兩地區之各項農業從事者,並進行交流。
2.翻譯實踐:
透過「台日食農大地聯盟」及「九州食與文化應援隊」的協力關係,以及日文系學生的語言橋梁功能,連結台日農/食育的實務工作者乃至選修此課程的其他科系同學,深化台日間食/農/育/產多面向的交流活動。
具體實踐目標:
台日食農大地聯盟推行台日合作已具厚實基礎,本課程聚焦長期關注農食育的實踐行動,本學期將以「健康飲食」及「療癒促進」雙軸線共融發展,深化前期學習基礎,包含:釀造食物/野草飲品/康普茶;並規劃體驗設計,包含視覺引導及手作活動設計,帶領參與社群能導入實行;同時,邀集台日雙方領域業者及農民進行跨域分享,透過數位線上交流,分享區域實踐經驗及作法,助益台日農食育行動落實於樂齡療癒及飲食之推行。

2. Translation practice:
Through the synergy between the "Taiwanese-Japanese Food Farmers Alliance" and the "Kyushu Food and Culture Support Team", as well as the language bridge function of Japanese language students, it connects practitioners in Taiwanese and Japanese farmers/food education and even other departments who take this course Students, deepen the multi-faceted exchange activities between Taiwan and Japan on food, agriculture, education, and production.
Specific practical goals:
The Taiwan-Japan Food Agricultural Alliance has a solid foundation for promoting Taiwan-Japan cooperation. This course focuses on the long-term practical actions of agricultural food education. The basics include: brewing food/weed drinks/kombucha; and planning experience design, including visual guidance and hand-made activity design, leading participating communities to implement it; at the same time, inviting industry players and farmers from both Taiwan and Japan to conduct cross-domain sharing , through digital online communication, sharing regional practical experience and practices to help Taiwan and Japan implement agricultural and food education actions in the promotion of elderly care and diet.
