經濟學係現代工商業社會所必備的知識,因人們慾望無限,而可用資源卻相對有限,故如何選擇,才可獲得最大滿足、最大利潤或報酬率,以及最有效率的資源配置等,皆為理性者所關切。本課程旨在於探討個體的選擇行為,包括消費者行為、不確定性與消費者行為、廠商生產理論與成本分析、利潤極大化與競爭供給、競爭市場分析等。使學生對經濟決策、經濟活動與經濟制度有進一步的認知。課程將採適當之圖形及數學分析工具,闡述各種經濟理論架構,並結合分析日常生活相關的經濟議題。期使兼顧理論與實務、經濟學生活化,使學生對自己生活及社會發展,多一份理性智慧與判斷能力。The Department of Economics is essential knowledge in modern industrial and commercial society.
