教育目標 Course Target

本計畫在東海大學通識中心日間學士班開設「合境平安-臺灣在地客家信仰與族群融合」之客家課程,讓學生有機會通過選修本課程,認識彰化平原一帶的客家信仰與民俗文化,並透過信仰與民俗的角度瞭解在地族群融合的過程。在清領時期至光復初期被稱為粵籍的人,即為現在的客家人或客底族群;而現今存有籍貫為粵籍,但卻不會講客語的人,我們稱之為「福佬客」,而本課程將教學場域集中在存在大量福佬客的彰化平原,帶領學生認識這群隱性客家人的信仰、文化等。 透過教師講解以及系統性的課程規畫,介紹彰化平原的福佬客,讓學生瞭解彰化的閩客族群及其民間信仰文化,從課程中認識福佬客的信仰文化,並透過實地體驗教學,至鹿港龍山寺、彰化南瑤宮等地認識閩客的建築風格及民間信仰,加深對台灣多元族群信仰的體會。課程首先會以民間信仰的公共參與性作為起點,並介紹臺灣的神明信仰、廟宇的建築大木結構、地域性神祇等,在學生的基礎建立以後,再帶領學生實地認識彰化平原福佬客的信仰風俗以及陣頭文化,並介紹彰化地區福佬客最大信仰中心-彰化南瑤宮及其十媽會;在實地體驗教學的過程中,除了帶領學生走出教室去踏查課堂中提及的教學內容,把課堂中學習到有關於福佬客的知識結合在實際生活上之外,也實際瞭解福佬客如何與漳泉的移民相互競合關係,以及在地的陣頭文化,更重要的是能夠獨立判斷族群關係的激越、思考民俗文化之間之種種意涵,進而瞭解自我存在的意義與族群文化真諦,尊重台灣不同民族(福佬人、客家人、外省人、原住民)的生命價值與多元文化,以推動客家信仰文化的知識傳承,達到通識教育的目標。 This project plans to offer the Hakka course "Peace in Peace - Integration of Local Hakka Beliefs and Ethnic Groups in Taiwan" in the daytime bachelor's class of the General Studies Center of Tunghai University, giving students the opportunity to learn about the Hakka beliefs and folk culture in the Changhua Plain area by taking this elective course. , and understand the process of integration of local ethnic groups from the perspective of beliefs and folk customs. People who were called Cantonese from the Qing Dynasty to the early days of the Restoration are now the Hakka or Hakka ethnic groups. Today, there are people whose native place is Cantonese but cannot speak Hakka. We call them " "Hoklo", and this course focuses the teaching field on the Changhua Plain where there are a large number of Hokki, leading students to understand the beliefs, culture, etc. of this hidden group of Hakka. Through teacher explanations and systematic curriculum planning, we introduce the Hokkien people in the Changhua Plain, so that students can understand the Hokkien people and their folk belief culture in Changhua, learn about the Hokkien belief culture from the course, and through field experience teaching, Visit places such as Lukang Longshan Temple and Changhua Nanyao Temple to learn about the architectural style and folk beliefs of the Fujianese, and deepen your understanding of the beliefs of Taiwan's diverse ethnic groups. The course will first take the public participation of folk beliefs as a starting point, and introduce Taiwan's belief in gods, the wooden structure of temple buildings, regional gods, etc. After the students' foundation is established, students will be led to understand the beliefs of the Hokki in the Changhua Plain. Customs and array culture, and introduced the largest Hokki belief center in Changhua area - Changhua Nanyao Temple and its Ten Mothers Association; in the process of on-site experience teaching, in addition to leading students out of the classroom to check out the teaching content mentioned in the classroom, Integrate the knowledge about Hoklo people learned in the classroom into real life, and actually understand how the Hoklo people compete with the immigrants in Zhangquan, as well as the local culture, and more importantly, be able to make independent judgments The excitement of ethnic relations, thinking about the various implications of folk culture, and then understanding the meaning of self-existence and the true meaning of ethnic culture, respecting the life value and multiculturalism of different ethnic groups in Taiwan (Hoklo people, Hakkas, people from other provinces, and aborigines) , to promote the inheritance of knowledge of Hakka belief culture and achieve the goal of general education.
