「成長工作坊：更好的我、快樂可以學」是一門專為大學生設計的通識課程，旨在幫助學生認識自我，建立正確的價值觀，並協助大學生以積極的態度面對生活的挑戰與困難。課程將以社會情緒學習（Social Emotional Learning, SEL）的五大內涵為主軸，培養並支持學生發展自我覺察(self-awareness)、自我管理(self-management)、社會覺察(social awareness)、人際技巧(relationship skills)、負責任的決策(responsible decision-making)的能力。透過這門課程，我們期待學生能更深入地認識自己，建立正確的價值觀，並學會如何有效管理自我，與他人建立積極的人際關係，並能做出有責任感的決策。
