「成長工作坊:更好的我、快樂可以學」是一門專為大學生設計的通識課程,旨在幫助學生認識自我,建立正確的價值觀,並協助大學生以積極的態度面對生活的挑戰與困難。課程將以社會情緒學習(Social Emotional Learning, SEL)的五大內涵為主軸,培養並支持學生發展自我覺察(self-awareness)、自我管理(self-management)、社會覺察(social awareness)、人際技巧(relationship skills)、負責任的決策(responsible decision-making)的能力。透過這門課程,我們期待學生能更深入地認識自己,建立正確的價值觀,並學會如何有效管理自我,與他人建立積極的人際關係,並能做出有責任感的決策。
綜上,本課程旨在支持與陪伴學生能活得精彩,啟動新生命的旅程。

"Growth Workshop: Better Me, Happiness Can Be Learned" is a general course specially designed for college students. It aims to help students understand themselves, establish correct values, and assist college students to face the challenges and challenges of life with a positive attitude. difficulty.
