課程目標：本課程操作安排包括系統性的農業知識線上學習、農業體驗營及東海生態農場實務實習，強化短期葉菜類之採收、採收後處理作業、病蟲害及雜草防治、水肥管理等，使學生暸解蔬菜作物栽培之各種條件及對蔬菜生長發育之內部因子影響。
課程內涵：本課程以農學之基本專業知識與操作生產能力為主，透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力，及體認精緻農業之社會責任。Course objectives: The operational arrangements of this course include systematic online learning of agricultural knowledge, agricultural experience camps and practical internships at Donghai Ecological Farm, strengthening the harvesting of short-term leafy vegetables, post-harvest processing operations, pest and disease control, weed control, water and fertilizer management, etc. Students understand the various conditions for vegetable crop cultivation and the internal factors that affect vegetable growth and development.
Course content: This course focuses on the basic professional knowledge of agriculture and operational production capabilities. Through practice, it cultivates students' ability to communicate well and teamwork, continue to learn and problem-solve, and understand the social responsibility of precision agriculture.
