一、課程目標Course objectives:
近年來,台越貿易往來頻繁,原有越南籍的配偶、勞工以及留學生亦頻頻增加,因此,學習越南語成為台灣社會的趨勢。本越南語的課程目標主要有三項:一、讓學生掌握學習越南語的基礎;二、藉由相關的教科書和視聽教材,增加學生的字彙、文法與閱讀能力;三、透過學習越南語的管道,進一步了解越南文化與習俗,以提升學生的視野。
二、教學進度與內容(Contents)
課程內容以兩個部分為主:
(一)、關於語言部分-主要部分
1.基本越南語發音:
提供越南語語音特點以及跟台語、中文做比較,從此,讓學生掌握越南語的發音原則,再進行練習:
• 練習越南語29個字母發音
•越南語17聲母
•越南語的韻母 (單元的韻母、複合韻母)
•越南語的6個聲調
2.相關對話、語法、句型
主要以日常生活中實用的越南語對話為課程內容,例如:打招呼、自我介紹、國籍、職業、問路、購買東西等。講師將根據課程進度和學生程度調整所使用的書籍和教材,可能會有一些增減或更改。
(二)、文化部分
課堂上將舉辦一系列小活動,包括觀賞越南電影、以歌唱學習越南語、製作越南料理(如越南春捲和雞蛋咖啡),以及體驗越南傳統遊戲等。這將讓學生同時練習越南語、體驗並了解越南文化的一些根源,同時進一步培養學生對多元文化的認知。

In recent years, trade exchanges between Taiwan and Vietnam have been frequent, and the number of original Vietnamese spouses, workers, and overseas students has also increased frequently. Therefore, learning Vietnamese has become a trend in Taiwanese society. This Vietnamese course has three main goals: 1. To enable students to master the basics of learning Vietnamese; 2. To increase students’ vocabulary, grammar and reading skills through relevant textbooks and audio-visual teaching materials; 3. To learn Vietnamese through channels , to further understand Vietnamese culture and customs to enhance students’ horizons.
2. Teaching progress and content (Contents)
The course content is mainly divided into two parts:
(1) About the language part - the main part
1.Basic Vietnamese pronunciation:
Provides the pronunciation characteristics of Vietnamese and compares them with Taiwanese and Chinese. From then on, students can master the pronunciation principles of Vietnamese and then practice:
• Practice the pronunciation of 29 Vietnamese letters
•Vietnamese has 17 initial consonants
•Vietnamese finals (unit finals, compound finals)
•The 6 tones of Vietnamese
2. Relevant dialogue, grammar, and sentence patterns
The course content mainly focuses on practical Vietnamese conversations in daily life, such as: greeting, self-introduction, nationality, occupation, asking for directions, buying things, etc. The instructor will adjust the books and teaching materials used according to the course progress and student level, and there may be some additions, deletions, or changes.
(2) Cultural part
A series of small activities will be held in the class, including watching Vietnamese movies, learning Vietnamese through singing, making Vietnamese dishes (such as Vietnamese spring rolls and egg coffee), and experiencing traditional Vietnamese games. This will allow students to practice Vietnamese, experience and understand some of the roots of Vietnamese culture at the same time, while further cultivating students' awareness of multiculturalism.
