溝通是一種動態、社會互動的歷程，說話者透過語言或非語言的行為等，將訊息傳遞予他人或團體。本課程旨在運用會話分析，探討人與人之間的對話樣貌，研究其語言行為/非語言行為在社會互動中所呈現的特點和影響，以及其潛藏的訊息。
Communication is a dynamic, social interaction process in which speakers convey messages to others or groups through verbal or non-verbal behaviors. This course aims to use conversation analysis to explore the appearance of conversations between people, and study the characteristics and impact of their verbal/non-verbal behaviors in social interactions, as well as their hidden messages.
